摘  要:为提高“建设工程法规”课程的教学效果,对课程教学模式和教学方法进行改革。首先按照工程项目建设程序重构建设法规内容,构造法规关系图,加强建设法规体系的系统性;然后按项目实施程序构造工程案例,创设问题情境,采用问题导向学习教学法进行授课,使课程内容及案例教学具有一致性与连贯性。通过教学实践验证,此方法有助于学生条理化、系统化地深入理解并掌握建设工程法规,提高学生根据所学解决实际法律问题的能力,具有较好的教学效果。In order to promote the teaching effect of the course of“construction engineering laws and regulations”,the teaching mode and method are reformed.Firstly,the content of construction laws and regulations is reconstructed according to the project construction procedure,and the relationship diagram of laws and regulations is constructed to strengthen the systematicness of the construction law and regulation system.Then engineering cases are built according to the project implementation procedures to create problem situations.Moreover,the problem-based learning teaching method is used to make the course content and case teaching consistent and continuous.Through teaching practice,this method is helpful for students to systematically understand and master construction engineering laws and regulations,and improves students’ability to solve practical legal problems according to what they have learned.It has excellent teaching effects.
