摘　　要：乳腺癌已经成为女性恶性肿瘤的头号杀手,越来越威胁全球女性的健康。作为激素依赖性器官,乳腺不仅能够在激素的作用下完成正常的生长发育,还能受激素负面影响而发展成恶性肿瘤。其中以雌孕激素对乳腺癌的影响研究较为透彻,针对性的药物治疗也成为标准化治疗中无法取代的手段。除此之外,垂体激素及甲状腺激素等也能够影响乳腺癌的发生发展。这篇综述综合了现有研究,论证催乳素在乳腺正常组织与乳腺癌发生发展中的意义,并为后续的基础及临床研究指导方向。Breast cancer has become the leading cause of death for women's malignancies and increasingly threatens the health of women worldwide.As a hormone-dependent organ,the mammary gland can not only complete normal growth and development,under the action of hormones,but also develop into malignant tumors due to the negative influence of hormones.Among them,the effects of estrogen and progesterone on breast cancer are well studied.And as a result,targeted drug treatment has also become an irreplaceable method in standardized treatment of breast cancer.In addition,pituitary hormones and thyroid hormones can also affect the development of breast cancer.This review synthesizes existing research,demonstrates the significance of prolactin in the development of normal breast tissue and breast cancer,and guides the direction of follow-up basic and clinical research.
