摘　　要：目的:分析重组干扰素α-2b凝胶联合宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)对宫颈上皮内瘤(CIN)伴高危型HPV(HR-HPV)感染患者阴道环境及HPV-DNA表达的影响。方法:选取本科2018年7月-2019年10月期间107例CIN伴HR-HPV患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分组,对照组53例给予LEEP治疗,观察组54例在此基础上联合应用重组干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,观察组用药3个月。观察两组患者术后阴道环境(创面愈合时间和阴道流液时间)、HPV感染和复制情况(HPV-DNA16、HPV-DNA18、HPV感染清除率),以及两组不良反应情况。结果:两组患者治疗后创面愈合时间和阴道流液时间、HPV-DNA16、HPV-DNA18水平较治疗前低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者发生不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组HPV感染清除率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:重组干扰素α-2b凝胶联合LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤伴HR-HPV效果好,能够减少HPV-DNA含量,调节阴道环境。Objective:To analyze the effect of recombinant interferonα-2b gel combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)on vaginal environment and HPV-DNA expression in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)complicated with high-risk HPV(HR-HPV)infection.Methods:A total of 107 CIN patients with HR-HPV in our department were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Fifty-three cases in the control group were treated with LEEP,and 54 cases in the observation group were treated with recombinant interferonα-2b gel on this basis for 3 months.The vaginal environment(postoperative wound healing time and vaginal fluid time),HPV infection and replication(HPV-DNA16,HPV-DNA18,HPV infection clearance rate)and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the wound healing time,vaginal fluid time,HPV-DNA16 and HPV-DNA18 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The HPV infection clearance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant interferonα-2b gel combined with LEEP is effective in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with HR-HPV,which can reduce HPV-DNA content and regulate vaginal environment.
