新冠肺炎常态化防控期深圳地区口腔门诊患者持核酸检查结果就诊的实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨常态化新冠肺炎防控期深圳地区口腔门诊患者持核酸检查结果就诊的实践情况,为今后口腔门诊合理分流和避免院内感染提供方案。方法:对1000例患者进行分组,来院持有核酸检测报告且预约就诊患者则为其开设绿色通道,设为观察组(n=889);来院持有核酸检测报告未预约就诊患者不开设绿色通道,设为对照A组(n=111);另外选取同期来院就诊时未持有核酸检测报告且入院后行核酸检测的患者设为对照B组(n=48)。比较观察组与对照A组患者排队等候时间、在口腔门诊停留的时间、院内交叉感染现象发生率、患者满意度;比较核酸检测前、后三组受检者及医护人员思想压力。结果:对新冠肺炎及病毒核酸检测的了解程度、对核酸检测的必要性以及认为核酸检测结果对减轻自己思想压力有作用占比对比,观察组>对照A组>对照B组(P<0.05)。观察组排队等候时间、在口腔门诊停留时间均短于对照A组,满意度高于对照A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本次研究期间院内未发生交叉感染。核酸检测前三组受检者及医护人员思想压力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);检测后观察组、对照A组受检者及医护人员思想压力均低于检测前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照A组与观察受检者思想压力无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组医护人员思想压力<对照A组<对照B组,差异有统计学意义(F=3187.322,P<0.001)。结论:常态化防控措施下口腔门诊患者持核酸检查结果并开设绿色快捷通道,可减少患者排队等候时间、节约患者就诊时间,提高了患者满意度。Objective:To explore the practice of dental outpatients in Shenzhen during the normalized prevention and control period in of COVID-19,and to provide a plan for rational distribution of dental outpatient service and avoiding nosocomial infection in the future.Methods:total of 1000 patients who came to our hospital to holding nucleic acid detection report and made an appointment to see a doctor opened had a green channel were set as observation group(n=889),and patients who came to our hospital with nucleic acid test report and did not make an appointment for treatment that did not open a green channel were set as control group A(n=111).In addition,patients who didn't hold the nucleic acid test report when they came to the hospital at the same time,and who underwent nucleic acid test after admission were selected as control group B(n=48).The three groups of patients were investigated,and the waiting time in line,the stay time in dental clinic,the incidence of cross-infection in hospital and the satisfaction of patients in observation group and control group A were compared.The mental stress of subjects and medical staff before and after nucleic acid detection was compared among the three groups.Results:The understanding of COVID-19 and virus nucleic acid detection,the necessity of nucleic acid detection and the thought that the results of nucleic acid detection had a role in relieving one's mental stress were compared,and the observation group>control group A>control group B(P<0.05).The waiting time and the stay time in the dental clinic in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group A,and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No cross infection occurred in the hospital during this study.There was no significant difference in mental stress between subjects and medical staff before nucleic acid detection among the three groups(P>0.05).After the detection,the mental stress of subjects and medical staff in observati
