论企业承担产业社会责任的实现模式与机制——以库布其模式为例

摘　　要：库布其模式中,企业通过构筑产业体系,把所要承担的社会责任按照产业化、市场化原则全部纳入其中,在追求利润最大化过程中有效地承担社会责任,最终形成了一个多赢局面。通过对“产业社会责任”的实现模式与实现机制的分析、论证,可以得出两个命题,一是只要企业的产业体系能够把所需承担的社会责任纳入其中,不管是否存在法律和道德义务方面的约束,均不妨碍企业利润最大化目标的实现;二是只要企业的产业体系中包含着产业社会责任,企业在推动产业体系发展和完善的过程中,政府的政策性鼓励和支持总是一件对各方有利可图的事。In the Kubuqi mode,by building an industrial system,enterprises have incorporated all their social responsibilities into it according to the principles of industrialization and marketization,effectively assumed social responsibilities in the process of pursuing profit maximization,and finally formed a win-win situation.Through the analysis and demonstration of the realization mode and mechanism of"industrial social responsibility",two propositions can be drawn:first,as long as the enterprise′s industrial system can include the social responsibility it needs to undertake,whether there are legal and moral obligations or not,it will not hinder the realization of the goal of enterprise profit maximization;Second,as long as the industrial system of an enterprise contains industrial social responsibility,the government's policy encouragement and support is always a profitable thing for all parties in the process of promoting the development and improvement of the industrial system.
