摘 要:目的研究两种底涂剂对氧化锆与三种临床常用的树脂粘接剂间粘接强度的影响。方法将57块氧化锆瓷块随机分成3组,即对照组(A组)、涂布底涂剂Z-Prime^(TM) Plus组(B组)和涂布底涂剂DX.MZ Link组(C组)。每组选取一块在扫描电镜下观察表面形态,再随机分成三个亚组,A1、B1、C1使用树脂粘接剂Clearfil SAC,A2、B2、C2使用Rely X Unicem,A3、B3、C3使用Perma Cem进行粘接,测试各组的剪切粘接强度(Shear bond strength,SBS),统计断裂模式。结果涂布底涂剂的氧化锆瓷块的粘接强度较空白对照组均有所提升,同种树脂粘接剂组中,Z-Prime^(TM) Plus处理后的瓷块产生的粘接强度强于DX.MZ Link,B2与C2、A2相比差异具有统计学意义,B3与C3、A3相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且使用底涂剂后混合断裂模式有所增加。结论两种底涂剂能很好地提升树脂粘接剂与氧化锆瓷块之间的粘接强度,Z-Prime^(TM) Plus效果优于DX.MZ Link。Objective To evaluate the effect of zirconia primers on the bonding strength of three commonly used resin cements to zirconia ceramic.Methods Fifty-seven zirconia blocks were manufactured,alumina-sandblasted,and randomly divided into three groups.Their surfaces were treated using different primers,group A,no primer,group B,Z-Prime^(TM) Plus,group C,DX.MZ Link.Each group was divided into three subgroups according to different resin cements,subgroup 1(Clearfil SAC),subgroup 2(Rely X Unicem)and subgroup 3(Perma Cem).Shear bond strength(SBS)was analyzed by one-way ANOVA using SPSS 16.0 software(P<0.05).Fractured zirconia surface was observed under a stereomicroscope.Results The SBS of zirconia coated with primers was higher than that of the control group.When the same resin cement was used,the SBS of Z-Prime^(TM) Plus treated zirconia block was higher than that of DX.MZ Link group.The SBS of B2 was significantly higher compared to C2 or A2.The SBS of B3 was significantly higher compared with C3 or A3(P<0.05).Conclusions The bond strength between resin cements and zirconia ceramic blocks can be improved well by zirconia primers.Z-Prime^(TM) Plus presents better bond strength than DX.MZ Link.
