摘　　要：目的分析劈裂牙的临床特征及影响因素,为临床应用提供参考。方法分析2017年3月至2021年1月收治的1475例以劈裂牙为诊断导致拔牙的患者病史资料,同期选择正常洁牙受试者1000例作为健康对照组。调查受试者一般资料、患牙牙位分布,牙齿咬合关系、咀嚼情况、牙髓治疗史、劈裂牙在不同年龄段的分布情况,并采用logistics回归模型分析影响劈裂牙形成的影响因素。结果劈裂牙患者中以40~59岁患者占比最高,上颌磨牙牙劈裂发生率(41.22%)较高。对不同亚组进行分析发现,不同年龄段患者劈裂牙牙位分布和牙髓治疗史存在明显差异(P<0.05)。劈裂牙组和对照组受试者年龄、牙齿咬合关系、咀嚼情况和牙髓治疗史存在明显差异(P<0.05)。患者年龄、牙髓治疗史及牙位分布与劈裂牙发生有关(P<0.05)。结论患者年龄、牙髓治疗史及牙位分布是可能导致劈裂牙发生的影响因素。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and influencing factors of split teeth.Methods A total of 1475 patients with split teeth were analyzed,and 1000 subjects served as healthy control.The general information,tooth position distribution,occlusal relationship,mastication,endodontic treatment were collected,and the influencing factors were analyzed by logistic regression model.Results The proportion of patients aged 40-59 years was the highest,and the incidence of maxillary molar splitting(41.22%)was higher.There were significant differences in the distribution of split teeth and the history of pulp treatment in patients of different ages(P<0.05).Age,dental pulp treatment history and tooth position distribution were related to the occurrence of split teeth(P<0.05).Conclusions The age of the patient,the history of endodontic treatment and the distribution of teeth are influencing factors that may lead to the occurrence of split teeth.
