摘 要:目的观察第一磨牙种植单冠与天然牙邻接触松紧度的变化,探讨邻接触丧失的相关影响因素。方法收集种植修复并定期复查的上下第一磨牙种植单冠修复患者,复查时间依次为修复后3、6和12个月。采用30μm厚硬质铝箔金属片和电子拉力计检查邻接触松紧度,评估邻接触松紧度变化以及邻接触丧失的可能影响因素。结果收集有效患者41例,共14个位点发生邻接触丧失。统计结果显示,邻接触丧失的发生率随观察时间的增加而增加,近中发生率高于远中,邻牙存在牙槽骨吸收者发生率高于无骨吸收者,种植修复前缺牙时间不超过2年者发生率高于超过2年者(P<0.05)。结论在种植修复后1年内,初始F0值、近中接触位置、邻牙骨吸收是邻面松紧度降低及邻接触丧失的影响因素。Objective To investigate the changes of the proximal contact tightness between the first molar implant crown and the natural teeth.Methods The patients were selected for first molar implant treatment and followed up to 12 months.A piece of 30μm thick metal sheet and electronic tensiometer were used to check the proximal contact tightness.The change of adjacent contact tightness and the related factors of proximal contact loss were evaluated.Results A total of 41 patients had 14 proximal contact loss.The incidence of proximal contact loss increased with time.The incidence of mesial proximal contact loss was higher than that of distal.The incidence of proximal contact loss with alveolar bone resorption of adjacent teeth was higher than that of non-bone resorption(P<0.05).Conclusions Within one-year follow-up after implant restoration,a large initial F0 value,mesial contact position,and bone resorption of the natural teeth were the influencing factors for the contact tightness decrease and the proximal contact loss.
