成都两家养老院80岁以上老年人牙列、修复情况及口腔习惯调查

摘　　要：目的调查分析成都市两家养老院80岁以上老年人牙列、义齿修复情况及口腔卫生行为习惯,为其口腔健康促进提供针对性依据。方法对成都市两家养老院80岁以上的老年人进行普查,调查标准参照第三次全国口腔流行病学调查标准制定。结果在217例有效调查对象中,牙列完整占3.69%,牙列缺损占68.66%,牙列缺失占27.65%,存留牙数平均13.15颗。缺牙老人的义齿未修复率达到42.11%。每天刷牙1次以上的调查对象仅占66.82%。每天刷牙1次以上的调查对象比非每天刷牙的调查对象牙齿缺失情况更轻微。结论养老院80岁以上老年人口腔健康状况较差,口腔卫生习惯较差,缺乏口腔保健意识,应针对其特点进行口腔健康促进。Objective To investigate and analyze the dentition,denture restoration,oral health behavior of the elderly aged over 80 years old in 2 Chengdu nursing homes.Methods A survey of the elderly aged over 80 years old in two nursing homes in Chengdu was carried out.The investigation standard was formulated according to the third national oral epidemiological survey.Results Among valid 217 respondents,3.69%had complete dentition,68.66%had dentition defect,27.65%was edentulous.The average number of retained teeth was 13.15.Only 66.82%of the respondents brushed their teeth more than once a day.Conclusions The oral health status of the elderly aged over 80 years old in the nursing homes was poor.They had poor oral health habits,and lack awareness of oral health care.Oral health promotion should be carried out.
