活性焦脱硫吸收塔的振动特性分析

摘  要:活性焦脱硫吸收塔是一类重要的环保设备,吸收塔是厂房结构的一部分,高8 m,由多个塔横向并联,横向呈周期性,该塔空间尺寸较大,通过实验分析成本较高。吸收塔通过内部的活性焦对工业废气中的含硫气体起到吸收作用。其中容纳活性焦的部位由钢材质的百叶构成,百叶在受激振动的情况下易产生变形,从而使活性焦脱出。为避免此类情况的发生,文章针对某设计院设计的新型活性焦脱硫吸收塔进行有限元建模,对吸收塔的振动特性进行模拟分析。有限元模态分析方法是辨识结构振动特性的一种有效且重要的手段,在大型结构机械设备动态性能研究中得到广泛应用。文章采用有限元方法对吸收塔有限元模型进行模态分析,得出其模态频率和振型,为进一步研究吸收塔振动、疲劳等奠定基础,也为脱硫吸收塔的结构设计、装配以及操作过程提供理论指导的依据。The active coke desulphurization absorption tower is a kind of important environmental protection equipment.The absorption tower is a part of the factory building structure. It is 8 meters high and consists of several towers transversely parallel and periodically. The space size of the tower is large, and the cost is high through experimental analysis. The absorption tower absorbs the sulfur gas in the industrial waste gas through the internal active coke. The part containing the active coke is composed of steel blinds, which are easy to deform in the case of excited vibration, thus making the active coke come off. In order to avoid this kind of situation, the finite element model of the new active coke desulfurization absorption tower designed by a design institute is established, and the vibration characteristics of the absorption tower are simulated and analyzed. The finite element modal analysis method is an effective and important means to identify structural vibration characteristics, and it has been widely used in the study of dynamic performance of large-scale structural machinery and equipment. In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the finite element model of the absorption tower, and the modal frequency and mode shape are obtained, which lays a foundation for the further study of the vibration and fatigue of the absorption tower. This also provides a theoretical basis for the structural design, assembly and operation of the desulfurization absorption tower.
