摘　　要：随着职业教育的快速发展,高职院校不仅传授学生专业知识和技能,还肩负着“立德树人”的重任。“农产品质量认证”课程蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育资源,教师在教学中要加强课程思政建设,与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应。教师要深挖该课程中的思政元素,并采用案例分析法、讲授引申法、小组讨论法和体验式教学法将其融入教学,提高学生职业素养、思想站位,培育出“德艺双馨”的应用型人才。With the rapid development of vocational education,higher vocational colleges not only impart students'professional knowledge and skills,but also shoulder the important task of"foster character and civic virtue".The course of"agricultural product quality certification"contains rich ideological and political education resources.Teachers should strengthen the construction of curriculum ideological and political education in teaching,and walk in the same direction with the ideological and political theory course to form a synergistic effect.Teachers should deeply explore the ideological and political elements in the course,and integrate them into teaching by using case analysis method,teaching extension method,group discussion method and experiential teaching method,so as to improve students'professional quality and ideological standing,and cultivate applied talents with"both virtue and art".
