摘　　要：对于教育,真正需要做的是种下“教育的种子”,让其在受教育者体内生根发芽,使受教育者主动接受教育和教育自己。而这“种子”就是人的习惯、认识、情绪和意志的整合,要以培养习惯为起点,在习惯的形成过程中控制培养难度,刻意提升认识、培养情绪、锻炼意志。反过来,再利用认识、情绪和意志来促进习惯的形成和保持,从而形成一个闭环的回路,促使受教育者不断成长进步。For education,what we really need to do is plant the"seed of education",let it take root and germinate in the educated,and make the educated take the initiative to receive education and educate themselves.This"seed"is the integration of people's habits,cognition,emotion and will.We should take the cultivation of habits as the starting point,control the difficulty of cultivation in the formation of habits,and deliberately improve cognition,cultivate emotion and exercise will.On the contrary,we can use cognition,emotion and will to promote the formation and maintenance of habits,so as to form a closed-loop loop and promote the continuous growth and progress of the educated.
