摘　　要：电力作为国民经济和社会发展中基础性、公用性和普惠性的行业,是社会信用体系建设的重要领域。目前关于供应商信用评价问题的研究成果不多,创新性实践较少,A电力公司结合相对公认的信用评级指标体系和自身的经验总结,综合运用主成分分析法与德尔菲法,同时将定性与定量相结合,理论与实践相结合,构建了电力供应商信用评价模型并将其付诸于实践,不仅有效提高了自身在供应商管理方面的科学性、动态性和可靠性,也为整个电力行业有效开展供应商信用评价提供了有益的借鉴。As a basic,public and inclusive industry in national economic and social development,electric power is an important field of social credit system construction.At present,there are few research results on supplier credit evaluation,and there are few innovative and effective practices.A power company combines the relatively recognized credit rating index system and its own experience summary,comprehensively applies the principal component analysis method and Delphi method,and adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative,theory and practice,This paper attempts to construct the power supplier credit evaluation model and put it into practice,which not only effectively improves its scientificity,dynamics and reliability in supplier management,but also provides a useful reference and replicable experience for the whole power industry to effectively carry out supplier credit evaluation.
