摘 要:高校思政教育需要以丰富的知识为支撑,也需要以突出的价值为引领,只有在教学改革过程中以促进学生全面发展为目标,坚持思政教育教学价值性与知识性的统一,才有利于众多院校走出思政课教学效能低下的困境。当前,高校思政课教学的类型与手段相对较为丰富,这为提升思政教育效果创造了良好条件。高校与教师应当把握好、利用好这些优势条件,主动树立起全员育人思想,把握好“教”与“学”的辩证关系,并建立起与思政教育教学密切相关的反馈机制,为思政课教学改进做好方向保证。Ideological and political education in colleges and universities needs to be supported by a wealth of knowledge and guided by outstanding value.In the process of teaching reform,only by aiming at promoting the all-round development of students and adhering to the unity of teaching value and knowledge of ideological and political education,can many colleges and universities get out of the dilemma of poor teaching effect of ideological and political courses.At present,the types and means of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities are relatively rich,which creates favorable conditions for improving the effect of ideological and political education.Colleges and teachers should take advantage of these favorable conditions,take initiative in implementing ideological and political education by all teaching staff,master the dialectical relationship between "teaching" and "learning",and establish a feedback mechanism closely related to ideological and political education and teaching so as to ensure the direction for improvement of ideological and political course teaching.
