摘  要:以崀丰脐橙为研究对象,研究自然通风条件下套袋对果实外观和内在品质的影响。结果表明:崀丰脐橙贮藏60 d后失重超过5%,果皮出现皱缩,但是套袋后果皮劣变能有效缓解;随着贮藏时间延长,崀丰脐橙果皮色泽由橙黄色向橙红色转变,可溶性固形物含量保持稳定,可滴定酸含量有下降趋势,表现出较优的贮藏品质;在90 d的贮藏时间中,崀丰脐橙腐烂率和果皮生理性病害发生率均低于纽荷尔脐橙,耐贮藏性更优。The storage characters of postharvest-wrapped‘Langfeng’navel orange in the condition of natural ventilation were investigated,including appearance,inner quality and fruit storability.The results showed that the mass loss of un-wrapped‘Langfeng’navel orange exceeded 5%,and the pericarp crimpled after 60 d storage.However,this deterioration of pericarp could be effectively relieved by the wrapping treatment.During the prolonged time of storage,the pericarp color of‘Langfeng’navel orange was changing from saffron to orange-red,the content of total soluble solids was stable,and total titratable acidity presented a descending trend,which supported the storage quality of‘Langfeng’navel orange superior.The rot rate and peel physiological disease of‘Langfeng’navel orange were lower than those of the main cultivar‘Newhall’navel orange during 90 d storage,indicating the storage tolerance of‘Langfeng’navel orange was better.
