摘 要:针对电子节气门传感器的输入输出特性及性能要求,对节气门位置传感器信号处理和权重系数选取,并进行标定。通过节气门空气流量实验和节气门响应整车实验,验证标定后电子节气门的性能是否满足要求,从而确定传感器标定的精度和可靠性。实验结果表明:标定后的传感器使电子节气门的最快响应时间为69.48 ms,最大空气流量约为114 g/s,最小空气流量约为0.86 g/s,均满足特性要求。Aiming at input and output characteristics and performance requirements of the electronic throttle sensor,signal processing and weight coefficient of the throttle position sensor are selected and calibrated.Through the throttle air flow experiment and the throttle response of the whole vehicle experiment,verify whether the performance of the electronic throttle after calibration meets the requirements,so as to determine the precision and reliability of the sensor calibration.The experimental results show that the calibrated sensor enables the fastest response time of the electronic throttle valve to be 69.48 ms,the maximum air flow rate is about 114 g/s,and the minimum air mass flow is about 0.86 g/s,which all meet the characteristic requirements.
