摘　　要：以内蒙古自治区部分高校少数民族大学生为例,以政府职能部门、高校、社会、家庭、个人等方面为切入点,通过对在校少数民族大学生、近三年毕业的少数民族大学生以及用人单位的实地走访、问卷调查和就业数据分析,深入研究了内蒙古自治区高校少数民族大学生的就业现状,以及就业过程中遇到的问题和困难,探索促进少数民族大学生就业的路径和方法,从而为内蒙古自治区社会经济文化的可持续健康发展起到积极作用。This essay takes college minority students in Inner Mongolia as example,from the perspective of government administration department,college,society,family and individuals,on the basis of deeply exploring the on-campus minority students,the graduated students in recent three years and interviewing the employers,polls collections and analysis on the employment data,making profund investigations into the current employment situa-tion,problems and impediments confronted by Inner Mongolia minority students.Then,this paper attempts to pro-vide some resolutions to minority college students,and the sustainable,healthy economic,social and cultural de-velopment of Inner Mongolia.
