摘 要:通过制备熊果酸-茶氨酸共无定型复合物,提高熊果酸的水溶解度。采用溶剂法和物理研磨法制备不同配比的熊果酸与茶氨酸的无定型复合物,测定熊果酸的水溶解度,筛选出最佳配比和制备工艺,并对复合物进行PXRD和FTIR的检测分析。结果,熊果酸与茶氨酸最优配比为1∶5,溶剂法比物理研磨法制备效果好。经PXRD检测分析可知,共无定型复合物呈非晶型状态,FTIR检测显示熊果酸与茶氨酸间通过氢键结合形成共无定型复合物。结果表明,熊果酸与茶氨酸经过溶剂法制备形成了共无定型复合物,增加了熊果酸的水溶解度。The purpose of this study is to improve the water solubility of ursolic acid by preparing ursolic acid and theanine co-amorphous complex.Uursolic acid and theanine amorphous complex with different proportions is prepared in solvents and by physical grinding respectively.The water solubility of ursolic acid is measured to optimize the preparation conditions,and the PXRD and FTIR spectrums are analyzed.The optimum ratio of ursolic acid and theanine is 1∶5,and the solvent method is better than physical grinding.The PXRD spectrum shows that the ursolic acid-theanine co-amorphous complex is in an amorphous state while the FTIR spectrum indicates that hydrogen bonding is the main force between ursolic acid and theanine.The results show that ursolic acid and theanine co-amorphous complex prepared in solvents improves the water solubility of ursolic adic significantly.
