腹腔镜胃癌根治术对高龄胃癌患者的短期疗效

摘　　要：探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治术在75岁及以上的高龄胃癌患者中的应用价值。对62例75岁及以上的胃癌手术患者资料进行回顾性分析,其中31例行腹腔镜胃癌根治术(腹腔镜组),31例行开腹胃癌根治术(开腹组),对比分析两组术中及术后的短期疗效。结果显示:腹腔镜组在术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后进食流质时间、术后疼痛评分和术后住院时间方面均显著优于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在淋巴结清扫数目及术后并发症方面则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果表明:对于75岁及以上的高龄胃癌患者,腹腔镜胃癌根治术是安全可靠的,且在短期疗效上有明显的优势。This paper investigates the value of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in patients with astric cancer aged 75+who underwent gastric cancer surgery and makes a retrospective analysis of the intraoperative and postoperative short-term outcomes of those patients.Among them,31 patients underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy(laparoscopic group)and 31 patients underwent open radical gastrectomy(laparotomy group).The results show that the laparoscopic group is significantly better than the laparotomy group in terms of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative fluid intake time,postoperative pain score and postoperative hospital stay(P<0.05);that there is no significant difference in the number of lymph node dissections and postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).It is concluded that laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer is safe and reliable for patients with gastric cancer aged 75+,which is obvious curative in the short term.
