摘 要:市场经济深入发展过程中,诚信缺失已成为现代企业发展中不可忽视的负面现象。但仍有一些企业家秉承着传统儒家诚信精神,在企业信用建设和社会市场经济信用体系建设的路上不断努力和奉献着。针对儒商诚信精神与企业信用建设之间的关系,通过定性分析法和案例分析法提出三种理论假设:第一,儒商诚信品质对企业信用建设具有伦理价值意义;第二,企业建立信任的基础是管理者自身的诚信品质;第三,企业的诚信氛围能够通过提高组织成员的信用意识促进其信用行为。在此基础上,通过典型案例分析对每种理论假设进行论证。In the process of the development of market economy,the lack of honesty has become a negative phenomenon that can not be ignored in the development of modern enterprises.However,there are still some entrepreneurs adhering to the traditional confucian spirit of integrity,making constant efforts and dedication on the way of enterprise credit construction and social market economy credit system suggestions.In view of the relationship between Confucian Merchants’ integrity spirit and enterprise credit construction,Through qualitative analysis and case analysis,puts forward three theoretical hypotheses:first,the integrity quality of confucian businessmen has ethical value for enterprise credit construction;second,the foundation of enterprise trust is the integrity quality of managers themselves;third,the integrity environment of enterprises can promote the credit behavior of organization members by improving their credit awareness.and through the analysis of typical cases,it aims to demonstrate each theoretical hypothesis.
