摘　　要：目的:探讨3M液体敷料联合造口护肤粉、中药湿敷对老年失禁性皮炎患者的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月—2019年12月就诊的88例老年失禁性皮炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组给予传统护理,观察组在传统护理基础上加用3M液体敷料联合造口护肤粉、中药湿敷。对比两组康复效果、舒适度、并发症发生率和皮炎复发情况。结果:观察组干预10 d后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率、皮炎复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3M液体敷料联合造口护肤粉及中药湿敷能够加快老年失禁性皮炎患者皮损愈合,减少并发症的发生,降低复发率,提高患者舒适度,加快其康复进程。Objective:To explore the application effect of 3M liquid dressing combined with stoma skin care powder on elderly patients with incontinent dermatitis.Methods:A total of 88 elderly patients with incontinent dermatitis who were treated in hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional care,and the observation group was given 3M liquid dressing combined with stoma skin care powder on the basis of traditional care.The rehabilitation effect,comfort,complication rate and dermatitis recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group after 10 days of intervention was higher than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and dermatitis recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:3M liquid dressing combined with ostomy skin care powder can effectively promote the healing of skin lesions in elderly patients with incontinent dermatitis,reduce disease recurrence,reduce the risk of complications,improve patient comfort,and speed up the recovery process.
