摘  要:“双元制”高等教育模式是发源于德国的应用型人才培养创新模式。合肥学院“双元制”高等教育“大陆集团创新班”是培养机械制造及其自动化专业应用型人才的有益尝试。由于中德双方校企联合举办,需要更加注重融思政元素于人才培养全过程。以“控制技术”专业必修课程为例,探索多方合作育人背景下“控制技术”课程有效融入思政元素,更好地促进“双元制”高等教育模式与国情有机结合,提升应用型人才的工程素养和综合素质。The“dual system”higher education model is an innovation in the cultivation of applied talents based on the German concept.The“mainland class”of the“dual system”higher education of Hefei University is a beneficial attempt to cultivate applied talents majoring in machinery manufacturing and automation.Due to the joint operation of Chinese and German schools and enterprises,we need to pay more attention to integrating ideological and political elements into the whole process of talent cultivation.Taking the compulsory course of control technology as an example,this paper explores the effective integration of ideological and political elements into the course of control technology under the background of multi-party cooperative education,so as to better promote the organic combination of the“dual system”higher education mode and national conditions,and improve the engineering literacy and comprehensive quality of applied talents.
