摘  要:通过分析大型水电转轮体铸件的结构特点和制造难点,利用MAGMA仿真软件研究转轮体铸件T字形热节伸出方法,确定了合理的铸造工艺。结合现场精细控制措施的实施,成功制造出大型水电转轮体铸件,实现尺寸无超差,UT检测零缺陷。By analyzing the structural characteristics and manufacturing difficulties of large-scale hydroelectric runner hub castings,and using MAGMA simulation software to study the T-shaped hot joint extension method of runner hub castings,a reasonable casting process has been determined.Combined with the implementation of on-site fine control measures,large-scale hydroelectric runner hub castings have been successfully manufactured,achieving no over-tolerance in size and zero defects in UT detection.
