摘　　要：为研究与培养高校学生的应急能力,创建安全校园及确保社会稳定,通过深入分析影响高校学生处理突发事件能力的五大因素:心理素质、身体素质、环境因素、应急知识与能力、人文社会关怀,借助层次分析法和风险矩阵模型,从风险后果严重性维度构建评价体系,由定性化问题转变为定量化研究,分析出各个影响因素的等级,以此制定更精准的应对措施。研究结果表明:身体素质、应急知识与能力因素对处突能力影响最大,心理素质及人文社会关怀因素影响一般,环境因素影响微小。基于此,提升高校学生的应急技能应先从加强学生群体的身体素质和应急知识与能力入手。In order to study and cultivate the emergency response ability of college students,establish a safe campus and ensure social stability,the article through in-depth analysis of five major factors affecting the ability of college students to deal with emergencies:psychological quality,physical quality,environmental factors,emergency response knowledge and ability,humanistic social care.With the help of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and risk matrix model,the evaluation system is constructed from the severity dimension of risk consequences,and the problem is transformed from qualitative to quantitative research to analyze the level of each influencing factor,so that more precise countermeasures can be formulated.Results show that physical quality,emergency knowledge and ability have a serious impact on emergency response ability,while psychological quality and humanistic and social care have average influence,and the environmental factors have little influence.Based on this,to improve the emergency skills of college students,we should start with strengthening the physical quality and emergency knowledge and ability of the student group.
