摘 要:糖尿病是由于胰岛素分泌及作用缺陷引起的以血糖升高为特征的代谢性疾病,其病因和发病机制目前尚不明确,其有效防治手段仍为研究热点。随着国内外对糖尿病的中医药研究取得了进展,药食同源原料也备受关注,该类原料有丰富的临床应用经验,在辅助降血糖、改善症状和体征、提高生活质量及三级预防中发挥了重要作用。为进一步拓展其应用价值,本文以黄芪、桑叶、葛根、姜黄、人参等5味药食同源原料为代表,综述了其品种性味、功效成分、辅助降血糖功能及其应用价值,以期进一步推进原料开发与利用。Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by elevated blood glucose caused by deficiency of insulin secretion and function. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear, and its effective prevention and treatment methods are still a research hotspot. As the domestic and foreign research progress of traditional Chinese medicine for diabetes, raw materials of edible medicine have also attracted much attention.This kind of material has rich clinical application experience and plays an important role in assisting in lowering blood sugar, improving symptoms and signs, improving quality of life and tertiary prevention. In order to further expand its application value, raw materials of five edible medicine, Huangqi, Sangye, Gegen, Jianghuang, Renshen are chosen as representatives. This paper summarizes the flavor properties, function components, auxiliary function in lowering blood sugar and its application value to further promote the development and utilization of raw materials.
