摘 要:以南京林业大学机械电子工程学院在大类招生背景下的机械类学生分流引导和培养为例,对学生分流和专业培养中发现的问题进行了总结,列举了分流方案不合理、专业了解匮乏、专业分流外溢、专业培养方案脱节和学科发展受限等五个方面的问题。针对发现的问题,分别提出并实施了改进分流方案、加强专业认同感引导、加强专业学生培养、加强专业建设等具体措施,并取得了成效。为涉林和普通院校的机械专业学生分流引导及培养工作提供了经验。Taking College of Mechatronics Engineering of Nanjing Forestry University as an example,under the general enrollment background,this paper summarizes the problems in the diversion and professional training of students,and lists five problems,such as unreasonable diversion scheme,lack of professional understanding,overflow of professional diversion,disconnection of professional training scheme and limited discipline development.In view of the problems,specific measures such as improving the diversion scheme,strengthening the guidance of major identity,strengthening the cultivation of professional students and major construction have been put forward and implemented,so as to provide experience for the diversion guidance and training of mechanical students in forestry and ordinary colleges and universities.
