摘 要:以经典酯化实验为载体,引入精益安全管理,指导教师从“做一名有感领导”开始,有意识地引导学生运用“打破惯性思维”“自觉自愿”“持续改进”等先进理念关注实验过程中的安全问题;通过设计与精益安全管理相适应的教学环节,培养学生的安全意识和自觉的安全习惯。经教学实践发现,精益安全管理应用于实验教学能够显著提升学生的安全意识,消除实验过程中的安全隐患,能更好地达到实验教学的目的。Taking classic esterification experiment as the carrier,the concept of lean safety management was introduced and the teachers started with“being a sensible leader”,and then the students were guided consciously to pay attention to safety problems in the process of experiment by using advanced concepts such as“breaking inertia thinking”,“initiative and willingness”and“continuous improvement”.Through the design of teaching links suitable for the lean safety management concept,students’safety awareness and conscious safety habits were cultivated.In the teaching practice,it was found that the application of lean safety management concept could significantly improve the students’safety awareness,eliminate the potential safety risks in the experimental process,and better achieve the purpose of experimental teaching.
