摘  要:本文依托国内某型在建百万千瓦级核电机组全范围核电模拟机,运用常规串级PID控制方案考察给水流量扰动、蒸汽流量扰动及给水温度变化等因素对蒸汽发生器水位动态影响;并从机理讨论其成因。通过对蒸汽发生器水位模型仿真分析,验证了蒸汽发生器水位“收缩”及“膨胀”现象,验证了PID参数整定满足该蒸汽发生器水位控制要求,为后续实际机组蒸汽发生器水位控制逻辑验证、调试及相关培训提参考依据。Based on certain type of full scope simulator,this paper firstly analyses different influential factors on steam generator(SG)level,then the dynamic characteristic of SG level with conventional cascade PID control scheme is discussed and explained in theory when there is step disturbance in feedwater mass flow,steam mass flow or feedwater temperature.With the study on SG level simulation model,we find the“swell and shrink”phenomenon of SG level is verified,and PID parameter setting meets the technical requirement of SG level control in nuclear power plant.This paper can be taken as a reference for SG level logic control verification,commissioning and relevant training for PWR nuclear power plants.
