摘 要:阐述当前井下以防爆柴油机和防爆蓄电池为动力源的4种无轨胶轮车传动形式,对比分析几种传动形式无轨胶轮车动力传输特点和实际井下应用情况。纯机械传动无轨胶轮车已基本淘汰;液力机械传动无轨胶轮车保有量最大,变矩器与柴油机匹配体系完善,整车智能化程度有待提高;纯电动无轨胶轮车环保零排放,续航能力一般;静液压驱动无轨胶轮车动力强劲,效率高。对各传动形式胶轮车发展关键技术和未来研究方向做深入分析。最后,从节能环保角度出发,提出静液压驱动胶轮车和纯电动胶轮车将会成为未来煤矿井下辅助运输车辆的发展方向。The transmission forms of four kinds of underground trackless rubber-tyred vehicles with flameproof diesel engines and flameproof batteries as power source are expounded,and the power transmission characteristics and practical underground applications of trackless rubber-tyred vehicleswith several transmission forms are analyzed and compared.Trackless rubber-tyred vehicles with pure mechanical transmission have been basically eliminated.Trackless rubber-tyre vehicles with hydromechanical transmission have the largest inventory,the matching system between torque converter and diesel engine is perfect,but the intelligence of the whole vehicle needs to be improved.Pure electric trackless rubber-tyred vehicles are environment-friendly with zero emission but average endurance.Hydrostatic driven trackless rubber-tyred vehicles have strong power and high efficiency.The key technology and future research direction for development of rubbertyred vehicles with various transmission forms are deeply analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of energy conservation and environmental protection,it is proposed that hydrostatic driven rubber-tyred vehicles and pure electric rubber-tyred vehicles will become the development direction of underground auxiliary transportation vehicles in coal mines in the future.
