摘　　要：以典型的创新企业为样本,从任务复杂程度与关系专用性资产的互动切入,探讨了基于关系传递的创新企业适宜采用哪种治理机制。结果发现:当创新企业承担的任务复杂程度较高,在投入较高的关系专用性资产的交易中,会采用信任机制;在关系专用性资产投入较低的交易中,创新企业会采用基于契约的信任机制。当创新企业承担的任务复杂程度较低,在关系专用性资产投入较低的交易中,会采用契约机制;在投入较高的关系专用性资产的交易中,创新企业会采用基于信任的契约机制。Taking typical innovative enterprises as samples,this paper started from the interaction between task complexity and relational specificity asset,discussed the problem of what kind of network governance mechanism based on relation transitivity is suitable for innovative enterprises.Results show that,when the task undertaken by the innovative enterjjrise is relatively complex,if the innovativeenterprise invest more relational specificity assets in the transaction,the innovative enterprise will adopt the trust mechanism.If the innovativeenterpri.se invest less relational specificity assets in the transaction,the innovative enterprise will adopt the contract-based trust mechanism.When the complexity of the tasks undertaken by the innovative enterprise is low,if the innovativeenterprise invest less relational specificity assets in the transaction,the innovative en-terj^rise will adopt contract mechanism.In the transaction of relational specificity assets with high investment,the innovative enterprise will adopt the trust-based contract mechanism.
