摘　　要：基于拓展的知识生产和技术进步两部门模型,从小微企业主知识溢出视角深入分析知识增长和技术进步对现代服务业劳动生产率增长的影响机制,并基于中国2000-2018年30个省际地区面板数据,探析知识外溢到技术部门并通过技术进步的中介效应促进现代服务业劳动生产率增长的途径。研究发现:知识溢出通过改进技术水平和扩大技术服务市场对服务业劳动生产率增长存在显著中介效应;城镇化和产业结构优化中人口流动过程促进了劳动力知识的有效增长;知识溢出的过程在现代服务业领域和后工业化发展阶段更为明显。因此,要高度重视以私营企业为主体的小微企业对于服务业生产率提升的作用;为避免成本病和抽租模式发生,对于小微企业主群体,大力推进知识共享与溢出、出版更多的管理或经营方面的出版物以提高其知识量,对于完善企业家市场、提高服务业的竞争程度、提高劳动力重组的可能性和劳动力流动性存在显著促进作用,有助于现代服务业劳动生产率的增长。Based on the extended two-sector model about knowledge production and technological progress,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of knowledge growth and technological progress on labor productivity growth in modem service industry from the perspective of knowledge spillover of small and micro-business ownersdeeply,and by the panel data of 30 provinces and regions in China from 2000 to 2018,it would explore the way to bring about the labor productivity growth of modem service industry by knowledge spillover into technical departments and the mediation effect of technological progress.Result shows that the growth of kinds of books and publications which aim to promote the knowledge quantity of the owners of the small firms,and the technical progress that followed,would contribute to develop the entrepreneur market,and increase competition in the service sector and the likelihood of labor restructuring,fluidity of labor,and so on,thus promote the growth of labor productivity in modem service industry effectively.
