高职院校基层党建与业务工作深度融合案例研究

摘　　要：本文总结湖南铁路科技职业技术学院铁道车辆学院党支部在党建和业务工作深度融合过程中的做法和经验,结合高职院校基层党组织党建与业务工作融合存在的一些问题,从思想认识、队伍建设、创新形式、制度考核等方面对高职院校基层党建和业务工作深度融合进行了有益探索,提出了有效措施。This paper summarizes the good experience and practices of the Party Branch of the Railway Vehicle College of Hunan Vocational College of Railway Technology in the process of deep integration of party building and professional work,combined with some problems existing in the integration of Party building and business work of grass-roots party organizations in higher vocational colleges,from the aspects of ideological understanding,team construction,innovative forms and system assessment,this paper makes a beneficial exploration on the in-depth integration of grass-roots party building and professional work in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward effective measures.
