摘　　要：以我国2008—2019年28个省份的高技术产业为研究对象,对相关数据进行剔除缺失值和熵值法处理,构建产品创新绩效、目标导向行为下研发人员和研发资金投入、战略能力、宏观经济调控等5个指标的面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型,并在建模基础上进行格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应和方差分解,分析目标导向行为对于企业产品创新绩效的影响机制。结果表明,目标导向行为下的研发人员和研发资金投入均正向影响企业产品创新绩效,且研发资金投入影响更显著;战略能力主要通过对目标导向行为的作用机制间接正向促进产品创新绩效,但在长期有弱化趋势;宏观经济政策调控对目标导向行为的直接贡献率较小,其影响机制主要在于直接正向促进企业产品创新绩效。By taking the high-tech industries in 28 provinces in China from 2008 to 2019 as the research object, and dealing with relevant data through removing missing values and entropy value methods, the paper constructs a panel vector auto regression(PVAR) model with five indicators including product innovation performance, R&D personnel and R&D capital investment under goal-oriented behavior, strategic capability, and macroeconomic control. On the basis of modeling, Granger causality test, impulse response and variance decomposition are carried out to analyze the impact mechanism of goal-oriented behavior on enterprise product innovation performance. The research results show that: both R&D personnel and R&D capital investment under goal-oriented behavior positively affect the product innovation performance of enterprises, and the impact of R&D capital investment is more significant;strategic capability mainly indirectly and positively promotes product innovation performance through the mechanism of action on goal-oriented behavior, but there is a weakening trend in the long run;the direct contribution rate of macroeconomic policy regulation to goal-oriented behavior is small, and its impact mechanism is mainly to directly and positively promote the performance of enterprise product innovation.
