以服务“三农”为导向的高职涉农专业创新创业教育改革探索

摘　　要：双创教育近几年的发展势头迅猛,无论是国家,还是企业与市场,都给予了高职学生很多政策、资金上的优惠。但当前涉农高职创业人才培养存在师资队伍薄弱、课程设置欠缺、第二堂课实践断层等问题。涉农高职院校需要对涉农专业学生的创新创业教育进行教学改革,以专业教育为核心课程,探索出适合新时代发展的创新创业教育体系,同时优化课程体系设置,培养有服务“三农”意识的技能型毕业生。The education of innovation and entrepreneurship has been developing fast in recent years.Both the nation and the markets of colleges and enterprises have provided vocational college students with opportunities in the aspects policies and funds.At present,there are many problems in the cultivation of entrepreneurship talents in agriculture-related vocational colleges such as the weak teaching staff,the lack of the curriculum provision and the scarcity of the second-class practice.Those vocational colleges will reform the entrepreneurship education for agriculture-related majors by taking specialized education as the core course,to explore a system of the education of innovation and entrepreneurship fit for the development of the new era.Meanwhile,this paper presents suggestions like optimizing the setting of the curriculum system and cultivating skilled graduates with a sense of serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
