摘　　要：目的 系统分析珠海市卫生事业发展的主要问题,构建珠海市卫生事业发展的主要问题分析概念模型。方法 对关键知情人就本机构卫生事业发展问题进行半结构式访谈,运用扎根理论,分析珠海市卫生事业发展面临的主要问题。结果 经过开放性编码、主轴编码和选择性编码等步骤,使用Nvivo12Plus软件将原始访谈记录梳理出198个概念,51个范畴,13个主范畴,最后寻找出3个核心范畴,构建出珠海市卫生事业发展的主要问题分析概念模型。经分析,主要问题概括为3个方面:外部环境、卫生健康投入、医疗卫生服务体系。结论 医疗卫生服务体系作为卫生事业发展的主体,应对其进一步优化与完善,从而更快更好地推进卫生事业发展。Objective To systematically analyze the main issues in the development of health undertakings in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, and to construct a conceptual model for the analysis of these issues. Methods Semi-structured interviews were made with key stakeholders on the development of health undertakings in their institutions, and the Grounded Theory was applied to analyze the main health problems in Zhuhai. Results After open, axial, and selective coding, the original interview records were processed with Nvivo12 Plus software to produce 198 concepts, 51 general categories, and 13 key categories. Finally, three core categories were identifled,which were used to construct a conceptual model for the analysis of major health issues in Zhuhai. The major issues were summarized in three aspects: external environment, health investment, and medical and health service system. Conclusion The medical and health service system, as the principal component in health development, should be further optimized and improved, so as to promote a rapid and high-quality development of health undertakings in Zhuhai.
