摘 要:论文主要研究全地形越野车车架结构的强度与刚度,以全地形越野车车型为研究对象,通过运用SolidWorks软件建立车架几何模型,选取相匹配的车架材料和焊接方式,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对车架进行几何模型处理、网格划分和载荷优化等前处理,在满载状态下对车架进行弯曲、扭转、制动、转弯等四种不同工况下的强度分析与刚度分析,保证车架结构的稳定性与安全性,为后续设计改进车架提供依据,为后续研究开发全地形越野车提供一定参考。This paper mainly studies the strength and stiffness of the frame structure of the all terrain off-road vehicle.Taking the all terrain off-road vehicle as the research object,the geometric model of the frame is established by using solidWorks software,the matching frame materials and welding methods are selected,and the geometric model processing,mesh generation and load optimization are carried out on the frame by using ANsYs finite element analysis software.The strength analysis and stiffness analysis of the frame under four different working conditions such as bending,torsion,braking and turning are carried out under the full load state,so as to ensure the stability and safety of the frame structure,provide a basis for the subsequent design and improvement of the frame,and provide a certain reference for the subsequent research and development of all terrain off-road vehicle.
