摘　　要：高等职业教育质量年报制度自2012年建立以来,在促进高职院校进行办学诊改、接受社会监督、推动办学公平上起到了积极的作用。但各高职院校在编制方法、多元评价、发布机制等方面仍不同程度地存在问题。通过对高职院校年报编制、报送和发布工作进行研究,以黑龙江省高职院校质量年报合规性检查为例,对目前职业教育质量年报存在的问题、年报合规性检查的意义、年报合规性检查的实施三方面进行分析阐述。Since the establishment of higher vocational education quality annual report system in 2012,it has played a positive role in promoting higher vocational colleges to carry out school running diagnosis and reform,accept social supervision and promote school running equity.However,there are still different degrees of problems in the compilation methods,multiple evaluation and release mechanism of higher vocational colleges.Through the in-depth study of the preparation,submission and release of the annual report of higher vocational colleges,taking the compliance inspection of the quality annual report of Higher Vocational Colleges in Heilongjiang Province as an example,analyze and expounds the problems existing in the current quality annual report of vocational education,the significance of the compliance inspection of the annual report,and the implementation opinions of the compliance inspection of the annual report.
