摘　　要：国际上新兴的规划遗产概念有助于加强对规划史自身价值的认知,促进历史研究与建设实践的良性互动。笔者通过分析相关文本,结合实践案例,认为当前国际研究和实践中的规划遗产概念主要从遗产保护、历史传承和社会治理三种视角提出,存在较大的差异。规划遗产可以总结为“蕴含规划智慧、见证历史进程、体现规划治理的具有普遍价值的建成遗产”。The internationally emerging concept of planning heritage helps to strengthen the understanding of the value of planning history,and promotes the benignant interaction between historical research and urban construction.By analyzing the relevant literatures,documents and cases,it is believed that there are big differences in the concepts of planning heritage in current research and practice,which are mainly proposed from the perspectives of heritage protection,historical inheritance and social governance.Planning heritage can be summarized as“built heritage of universal value which contains planning wisdom,witnesses historical progress,and ref lects the function of planning in social governance”.
