摘 要:瑜伽课程是高校体育课程中深受学生喜爱的公共基础课,其独特的项目特点,决定了其多元的价值属性,是高校体育课程开展“思政教育”的重要媒介。该研究基于“课程思政”理念,从课程教学现状出发,分析现有瑜伽课堂存在的主要问题,从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法和考核评价4个方面探索改革实施的路径,旨在深挖瑜伽课程的思政元素、功能、价值,从而实现体育与思政的协同育人,让瑜伽课真正成为落实“立德树人”根本任务的体育课程,吸引更多的学生参与其中,让更多的学生身心受益,以适应新时代人才培养的新要求。Yoga course is a public basic course favored by students in college physical education.Its unique project characteristics determine its diverse value attributes,and it is an important medium for carrying out"ideological and political education"in college physical education class courses.Based on the idea of"curriculum ideological and political education",this study analyzes the main problems existing in existing yoga classes from the current teaching situation,and explores the path of reform and implementation from four aspects:teaching philosophy,teaching content,teaching methods and assessment,aiming at deepening the ideological and political elements,functions and values of yoga courses,so as to realize the collaborative education of sports and ideology and politics,let yoga class truly become a physical education course to implement the fundamental task of"Lide Shuren",attract more students to participate in it,and benefit more students physically and mentally,so as to meet the new requirements of talent training in the new era.
