摘 要:该文对近年来国内外发展体能素质的方法进行了总结和综述,发现目前的主流方法主要从力量素质、速度素质、耐力素质、灵敏素质和柔韧素质等5个方面发展体能素质,对每项素质的训练方法或手段进行了评价,并对我国体能素质发展的未来方向进行了展望,希冀该研究能促进我国体能素质方面的深入研究,为运动员和体育爱好者更好地发展体能素质以及提高运动技能水平,提供借鉴和参考。In this paper,the development at home and abroad in recent years,the quality of the physical methods are summarized and reviewed.It is found that the current mainstream methods mainly develop physical quality from five aspects:strength quality,speed quality,endurance quality,sensitivity quality and flexibility quality.The training methods or means of each quality are evaluated,and the future direction of the development of physical quality in China is prospected.It is hoped that this study can promote the in-depth study of physical and mental quality in China,and provide reference for athletes and sports lovers to better develop physical quality and improve sports skills.
