摘  要:耐力、力量等体能指标能够衡量人的身体潜能,通过测试和分析这些指标,则可以全面了解人的体质健康情况。因此,通过科学、系统化的体能训练,可以促进个人体质健康,有效落实健康中国战略。而青少年是健康中国战略的重点关注对象,因此,该文结合当前青少年群体的健康状况与体质特征,分析其近视、超重率过高和身体机能整体水平下降等问题的根源,从体育教育机制改革、资源投入与基础设施建设、体育教育专业人才培养、育人理念变革和社会环境优化等方面,探索如何为青少年接受体能训练、掌握必要的运动技能、发展运动兴趣和养成健身运动习惯创造条件。Endurance,strength and other physical indicators can measure people's physical potential.By testing and analyzing these indicators,we can fully understand people's physical health.Therefore,scientific and systematic physical training can promote personal physical health and effectively implement the healthy China strategy.Teenagers are the focus of Health China strategy.Therefore,combined with the current health status and physical characteristics of teenagers,this paper analyzes the root causes of their myopia,high overweight rate and decline in the overall level of physical function,from the reform of physical education mechanism,resource investment and infrastructure construction,training of physical education professionals from the aspects of educational concept reform and social environment optimization,explore how to create conditions for teenagers to receive physical training,master necessary sports skills,develop sports interests and form fitness habits.
