摘　　要：在网络资源与各行业融合发展的时代背景下,“互联网+”已经广泛渗透到各行业领域。网络技术与教育的融合发展也推动了教学理念和模式方面的创新,为大学公共体育教育资源提供了新的方向。通过使用网络技术能够极大地丰富体育课程的内容和形式,教师可在示范动作时使用信息化手段,以此提升教学的灵活性和直观性,从而全面优化公共体育教学活动的实施效果。Under the background of integrated development of network resources and various industries,"Internet+"has been widely penetrated into various industries and fields.The integrated development of network technology and education also promotes the innovation of teaching ideas and models,and provides a new direction for the public physical education resources of university.The use of network technology can greatly enrich the content and form of physical education courses.Teachers can use information means when demonstrating actions,so as to improve the flexibility and intuition of teaching,so as to comprehensively optimize the implementation effect of public physical education teaching activities.
