高校羽毛球教学的现状反思与对策构建

摘　　要：随着全民健身运动的推进和普及,学校体育锻炼环境得到全面革新,参与体育锻炼的大学生群体数量与日俱增。羽毛球教学作为具备较强趣味性、健身性的项目,在高校的体育教学框架中所占比重偏低。羽毛球运动的特点鲜明,将其引入高校体育教育领域将展现出显著效果。该文从高校羽毛球教学的现状出发,对高校羽毛球场馆、羽毛球竞赛、羽毛球教学以及羽毛球师资力量等进行调查,对羽毛球教学现存问题进行理性反思,提出针对性的羽毛球教学对策,望通过羽毛球教学创新,为大学生带来优质的体育锻炼体验,为后续高校羽毛球教学创新指明方向。With the promotion and popularization of national fitness,the school physical exercise environment has been comprehensively innovated,and the number of college students participating in physical exercise is increasing day by day.Badminton teaching,as an item with strong interest and fitness,takes a low proportion in the physical education framework of colleges and universities.Badminton has distinct characteristics,and its introduction into the field of physical education in colleges and universities will show remarkable results.Starting from the current situation of badminton teaching in colleges and universities,this paper investigates the badminton venues,badminton competitions,badminton teaching and badminton teachers in colleges and universities,rationally reflects on the existing problems of badminton teaching,and puts forward targeted badminton teaching countermeasures,hoping to bring high-quality physical exercise experience to college students through badminton teaching innovation,and point out the direction for the innovation of badminton teaching in colleges and universities.
