摘 要:专业综合实训在人才培养过程中具有非常重要的作用,在“双创”教育背景下对电子控制系统专业综合实训课程的教学和考核模式进行改革。坚持“以学生为中心”,采取“创新引领、项目驱动、校企协同”模式,在实训项目中融入创新创业和企业元素;以成果为导向,对优秀的实训项目进行深入打磨拓展,构建“双创”教育生态链;将CDIO工程教育模式与敏捷开发相结合,构建企业项目开发模式。为落实因材施教,对不同类型学生的项目难度进行动态分层,采用“组内自评+团队互评+教师总评”的三级考核制度;分别在实训的“前、中、后”三次进行异步考核,学生可根据情况自行申请考核时间。改革后的专业综合实训课程教学成效显著提升。Professional comprehensive practical training plays a very important role in the process of talent training.Under the background of "entrepreneurship and innovation" education,the teaching and assessment mode of electronic control system comprehensive practical training course is reformed.It insists on "student-centered",adopts the mode of "innovation-led,project-driven,school-enterprise collaboration",and integrates innovation,entrepreneurship and enterprise elements into the practical training project.Results-oriented,the excellent training projects will be further polished and expanded to build an ecological chain of "entrepreneurship and innovation" education;CDIO concept to build agile development island,build enterprise project development mode.In order to implement individualized teaching,the project difficulty of different types of students was dynamically stratified,and a three-level assessment system of "self-assessment within the group + mutual assessment between teams + general assessment by teachers" was adopted.The test will be conducted asynchronously before,during and after the training.Students can apply for the test time according to the situation.After the reform,the teaching effect of professional comprehensive practical training courses has been significantly improved.
