摘　　要：随着现代科学技术的发展,众多医院为解决患者挂号难、看病难的问题,纷纷启用线上预约挂号系统,方便患者及时确认就诊时间,合理安排就医计划,同时也能让医疗资源得以充分利用。文章采用模糊综合评价法探析线上预约挂号系统对患者就医行为的影响因素,得出患者对线上预约挂号系统的总体评价,从而为医院提供行之有效的解决方案,不断优化和完善线上预约挂号系统,让患者获得更好的就医体验。With the development of modern science and technology,in order to solve the problem of difficult patient registration and medical treatment,many hospitals have launched online reservation and registration system to facilitate patients to confirm the treatment time in time,reasonably arrange the medical plan,and make full use of medical resources.This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the influencing factors of the online reservation and registration system on patients’medical behavior,and obtains the overall evaluation of patients on the online reservation and registration system,so as to provide effective solutions for the hospital,continuously optimize and improve the online reservation and registration system,and let patients get a better medical experience.
