摘　　要：从红色基因传承与弘扬切入,分析新时代中国特色社会主义文化体系下,红色文献资源建设与阅读推广对坚定中国特色社会主义文化自信、促进中华优秀文化传承创新、助力“四史”学习教育、推进学习型社会建设等的重要作用。探讨如何有效发挥地市级行政区域在红色文献资源建设与阅读推广中的历史及区位优势,综合域内高校“文化育人”力量及地方“文化普及”力量,从概念拓展、资源融合、手段创新出发,建立红色文献资源建设与阅读推广创新模式。From the inheritance and promotion of red genes,the paper analyzes the important role of the construction of red literature resources and the promotion of reading in the“new era”socialist cultural system with Chinese characteristics to strengthen the self-confidence of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,promote the inheritance of excellent Chinese culture,help the“four histories”study and promote the construction of a learning-oriented society.The study explores how to effectively give play to the historical and regional advantages of municipal administrative regions in the construction and promotion of red literature resources,and establish an innovative model for the construction and promotion of red literature resources from concept expansion,resource integration,and means innovation.
