摘 要:目的 分析疫情防控常态化期间十堰市疾病预防控制(疾控)中心员工职业认同现状及其影响因素,促进疾控人员的职业认同感和从业积极性,为当前疾控体制改革提供理论依据和数据支持。方法 2020年12月采用自行设计的问卷对十堰市疾控中心278名在职员工进行问卷调查,对收集的数据进行统计学分析。结果 十堰市疾控中心员工职业认同均分为(3.61±0.65)分,职业情感均分为(4.16±0.80)分,职业发展维度均分为(2.50±0.90)分。不同年龄、学历、婚姻状况员工的职业情感得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同性别、年龄、从业时间、婚姻状况、编制、职称及收入员工的职业发展得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 十堰市疾控中心员工职业发展不太理想,职业认同度有待提高。国家要加强疾控人才的培养,提高人员待遇,提升中小城市疾控人员的职业情感,在政策上扶持疾控人员的职业发展。Objective To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of professional identity of employees in Shiyan Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) during the period of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,promote their occupational identity and enthusiasm,and provide theoretical basis and data support for the reform of the current system. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the 278 employees in the Shiyan Center for Disease Control and Prevention by using the self-designed questionnaires in December 2020,and the collected data were analyzed statistically. Results The average score of professional identity among employees in the Shiyan Center for Disease Control and Prevention was(3.61±0.65)points,the average score of professional emotion dimension was(4.16±0.80)points,and the average score of career development dimension was(2.50±0.90)points.There were statistically significant differences in the score of professional emotion among employees with different age,educational background and marital status(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the score of career development among employees with different gender,age,years of working,marital status,authorized strength,professional title and income(all P<0.05).Conclusion The professional development of employees in the Shiyan Center for Disease Control and Prevention is not ideal,and the professional identity needs to be improved. The state should strengthen the training of CDC staff,and improve the treatment of personnel,professional emotion in small and medium-sized cities,and support the professional development of this population from policies.
