家庭参与性尊严疗法在晚期原发性肝癌患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭参与性尊严疗法在晚期原发性肝癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月—2020年3月笔者所在科室收治的晚期原发性肝癌患者共140例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各70例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施家庭参与性尊严疗法干预,干预前及干预14天后采用尊严量表、焦虑抑郁自评量表、生命意义感量表对2组进行评估。结果干预后观察组患者的尊严量表得分、焦虑和抑郁评分均明显低于对照组(t=19.560,P=0.001;t=3.270,P=0.001;t=3.171,P=0.020),生命意义感评分明显高于对照组(t=-4.961,P=0.001)。结论家庭参与性尊严疗法的实施提升了晚期原发性肝癌患者的尊严水平,减轻了患者的负性情绪,提高其生命意义感,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of family participatory dignity therapy on patients with advanced primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 140 patients with advanced primary liver cancer admitted to our department between October 2018 and March 2020 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 70,according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the experimental group was additionally provided with family participatory dignity therapy.Before and after 14-day intervention,both groups were evaluated using the dignity scale(PDI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Chinese version of meaning in life questionnaire(CMLQ).Results After the intervention,the dignity score,as well as SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=19.560,P=0.001;t=3.270,P=0.001;t=3.171,P=0.020),while the CMLQ score of the former was significantly higher than the latter(t=-4.961,P=0.001).Conclusion The implementation of family participatory dignity therapy improves the dignity level of patients with advanced primary liver cancer,reduces their negative emotions and promotes their sense of life.Therefore,it is worthy of promoting in the clinical practice.
