摘　　要：目的分析GKN2、CCL17表达水平与胃癌病理分期及预后的关系。方法选取152例胃癌患者作为观察组,另选取同一时期体检健康的70例患者作为对照组。测定两组患者GKN2、CCL17表达水平,并分析GKN2、CCL17表达水平与其临床病理特征及1年内生存率及复发率的关系。结果观察组GKN2表达阳性率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CCL17表达阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);GKN2、CCL17表达水平与患者肿瘤组织分化程度无显著相关性(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移、肿瘤直径、浸润程度及1年内生存率及复发率显著相关(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示:GKN2、CCL17表达水平可影响胃癌病理分期,也影响着胃癌预后(P<0.05)。结论GKN2、CCL17表达水平与胃癌病理分期息息相关,且影响胃癌患者的预后。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression levels of Gastrokine 2(GKN2)and C-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 17(CCL17)and the pathological staging and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 152 patients with gastric cancer and 70 healthy individuals were enrolled as the observation group and the control group,respectively.The expressions of GKN2 and CCL17 were detected in both groups,and its correlation with clinicopathological indicators,1-year survival rate and recurrence rate was discussed.Results The positive expression level of GKN2 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The positive expression level of CCL17 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of GKN2 and CCL17 had no significant correlation with the degree of tumor differentiation(P>0.05),but were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,tumor diameter,degree of invasion,one-year survival rate and recurrence rate(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the expression levels of gkn2 and CCL17 had certain impact on clinical staging and prognosis of gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of GKN2 and CCL17 are closely related to the pathological staging of gastric cancer patients,and affect the prognosis of patients.
