乙醛脱氢酶1B1、LRFN4在结直肠癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探究乙醛脱氢酶1B1(ALDH 1B1)、LRFN4在结直肠癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取结直肠癌患者90例,收集患者临床资料,免疫组化法检测结肠癌组织中乙醛脱氢酶1B1、LRFN4表达,并分析其与临床病理特征以及预后的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中LRFN4与淋巴结转移、TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、组织学分级等病理特征无关(P>0.05);在结直肠癌组织中ALDH1B1与TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05),与其他病理特征无关(P>0.05)。LRFN4高表达患者的总生存率显著高于低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);ALDH 1B1高表达患者的总生存率显著低于低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。ALDH 1B1表达、LRFN4表达和TNM分期是结直肠癌患者独立预后的指标。结论结直肠癌组织中乙醛脱氢酶1B1、LRFN4的表达与临床病理特征及预后密切相关,有成为预测结直肠癌患者预后生物标志物的潜力。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1B1(ALDH 1B1)and LRFN4 in colorectal cancer tissue with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with colorectal cancer were selected,the clinical data of the patients were collected,the expressions of ALDH 1B1 and LRFN4 in colon cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis was analyzed.Results LRFN4 in colorectal cancer tissue was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM staging(P<0.05),but not with pathological characteristics such as age,gender,histological grade(P>0.05);ALDH1B1 was significantly correlated with TNM staging in colorectal cancer tissue(P<0.05),not related to other pathological features(P>0.05).The overall survival rate of patients with high LRFN4 expression was significantly higher than that of the low expression group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);the overall survival rate of patients with high ALDH 1B1 expression was significantly lower than that of the low expression group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).ALDH 1B1 expression,LRFN4 expression and TNM stage are independent prognostic indicators in colorectal cancer patients.Conclusion The expression of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1B1 and LRFN4 in colorectal cancer tissue is closely related to clinicopathological features and prognosis,and has the potential to be a biomarker for predicting the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients.
